EIGHT ESSENTIAL CHRISTIAN TRUTHS

  1. BIBLE - We believe that the Bible is absolutely true, authored by God, Himself. It is the essential guidebook to eternal life. 2 Timothy 3:15-17
  2. GOD - We believe that there is only one, all-powerful, all-loving creator God, the God of the Bible eternally existing in three persons, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 6:4
  3. JESUS CHRIST - We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, the only Savior, and the only Lord. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious death and glorious resurrection. John 1:1-18
  4. HOLY SPIRIT - We believe that at the time of salvation, the Holy Spirit takes up residence inside every Christian and empowers believers to grow spiritually by knowing, loving, obeying, serving, and enjoying God forever. John 16: 7-15
  5. SALVATION - We believe that salvation is a free gift from God and is offered to everyone. Anyone who asks forgiveness for their sins and believes in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord is rescued from the impending punishment for their rebellion against God. John 3:1-21
  6. SECURITY - We believe that all believers, once saved, are kept saved by God's power. John 10:27-30
  7. CHURCH - We believe that the church is the family and spiritual body of Christ. Christians are called to unite together in love, and to work as a team in order to glorify God by inviting people everywhere to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12-28
  8. END TIMES - We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ could literally return to earth at any time to establish his kingdom, to judge all unbelievers with eternal punishment in hell, and to reward all believers with an eternity in heaven. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
