For the remainder of this document there will be several terms used to describe
the Evangelism Training International organization, all will be interpreted
to refer to the same entity known as Evangelism Training International:
- Evangelism Training International
- E.T.I.
- 'the ministry'
- Privacy Policy: The personal information you provide while signing up for our email newsletter or by making a donation of any kind is treated with the utmost privacy. It is treated the same as we treat our own information and is kept PRIVATE for our own use. We will not give out your information for ANY reason, excepting a legal subpoena.
- Contributions or donations: Are fully
tax deductible. Contributions made to Evangelism Training International
are accepted on the basis of good faith and are not refundable.
- Refund and return policy: Digital
materials purchased from Evangelism Training are not returnable due to the
proliferation of cd burners and the nature of the media itself. E.T.I. will
replace damaged
materials within
30 days of the shipping date of the order. The recipient is responsible
for return postage of the damaged item to E.T.I. which will re-ship the
replacement item at no additional charge.
- Cancellation or adjustments: Orders for
materials may be cancelled or altered prior to shipping by contacting us
before you send the items back. Full
refunds or adjustments can be made prior to shipment.
Financial accountability: Evangelism Training
International strives to remain transparent and above reproach when it comes
to our financial transactions. Below you will find a list of the major points
of the E.T.I. financial accountability policies:

- We believe the Bible to be the verbally
inspired word of God.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- We believe that the Holy
Spirit is the third person of the Trinity.
- We believe in the existence and
operating power of a real and personal evil one called Satan.
- We believe in
a literal hell.
- We believe in a literal place called heaven.
- We believe that God created
man in His own image.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins.
- We believe that
the regeneration is a divine and instantaneous work of the Holy Spirit.
- We
believe that sanctification is a divine and progressive work of the
Holy Spirit.
- We believe that every child of God should demonstrate their separation
unto God and from the world system.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus is coming
again to rapture His saints and establish His kingdom.
- Board of Directors & Auditors
- E.T.I.'s Board of Directors consists of eight individuals which
are actually four married couples, mature in their walk with the Lord
and with their life mates. These godly couples come from a variety
of churches, a variety of vocations as well as a diverse range of ages.
All are in complete agreement with the Doctrinal Statement presented
above and on out informative page about our Doctrinal Statement (click
here to read).
- The Board of Directors convene meetings semi-annually for general
ministry purposes and before any and all decisions made as to the path
that the ministerial leadership may be called to act upon.
- To remain accountable to God, the ministry and ourselves we have
set forth a policy whereby ALL checks issued by E.T.I. must have two
signatures before our bank will authorize payment.
- Financial Disclosure
- All of our accounting is performed by an independent
accounting firm, employing Certified Public Accounts using Generally
Acceptable Auditing Standards. Audited financial statements are available
by submitting your request, in writing, using our contact information
available by clicking HERE. Sorry, no emailed or faxed requests for
financial records can be accepted.
- Use of Ministry Resources
- All ministry expenditures will be made in accordance with local,
state and federal laws and regulations. The tax exempt status of E.T.I.
will not be used to avoid taxes set forth by any taxing authority for
any ministerial or vocational employee or any person related to the
ministry through the Board of Directors or outside vendors.
- Conflicts of Interest
- Transactions between E.T.I. and outside vendors will always be carried
out in such as way that the transactions will be:
- fully disclosed in all financial records
- the related party is excluded from any decision making process
used concerning the transaction
- competitive bidding will be used to insure frugal use of ministry
funds
- Fund-raising and Evangelism Training International
- E.T.I. will always employ the following policies when it comes to
fund-raising campaigns for the ministry:
- Truthful communications concerning the fund-raising campaign will
not give donors unrealistic expectations as to what their gifts will
accomplish.
- E.T.I. will not use deceptive practices to secure funding to be used
in an area not covered by the fund-raising campaign.
- E.T.I. will not embark upon any fund-raising campaigns whereby funds
will be used on projects unrelated to the focus of the ministry.
- E.T.I. will not offer incentives, premiums, give-away's or 'goodies'
exchange for donations. Our training materials are not covered by this
policy.
- E.T.I. encourages all donors to seek financial advice prior to making
any donations to any organizations.
- E.T.I. will only accept 'gifts-in-kind' that are accompanied by a
description of the property or gift that is accurate and without a
statement of the gift's fair market value. The donor is responsible
for determining the fair market value of their gifts for their tax
keeping purposes. Should donors wish to offer vehicles, boats and airplanes
as donation then more documentation may be requested by E.T.I..
- E.T.I. will not knowing accept gifts of any kind whereby it will
cause hardship upon the donor. For example, one shouldn't use funds
set aside for bill paying (or tithing) to make a contribution to E.T.I..
