What do we teach? We teach you a Biblical step-by-step plan which requires absolutely no memorization. You will receive a marked pocket soul-winners New Testament and will learn how to methodically and effectively share the Gospel with family, friends, co-workers or those who you may encounter throughout the day. This is not a lecture on evangelism, it is hands-on training. During this training, every person will learn and practice! It is truly exciting and fun! Every aspect of sharing the Gospel will be covered! You will learn how to: Open the conversation Diagnose the person's spiritual condition Present the Gospel Give an invitation Lead them in prayer Give the assurance of salvation Disciple the new believer You will have absolutely all of the tools necessary to be a ready and prepared witness for Jesus Christ! When and where do we teach? We teach at your convenience! Simply contact us (by email, mail or phone) and we will be happy to schedule your training! We are very flexible in working with local churches and organizations. We come to you and train you! You will also be given the materials to promote the upcoming training at your church. Just four short evenings at your church and Christians will be trained to be lifelong witnesses for Jesus Christ! The last night of the training is the highlight! Every trainee is paired-up and sent out into the harvest-fields to practice what they have learned. Trainees then return from sharing the Gospel with "incomprehensible joy" and share testimonies of what the Lord did (Luke 10:17; Psalms 118:23; Psalms 126:5-6). You can come to us and receive training! Just contact us and find out when and where the nearest training session will be, and we will gladly accommodate you!We also offer "condensed-training sessions" for those unable to attend the full training. These are two short evenings.Why do we do this?Every Christian has been given the divine mandate and command by Jesus Christ to "go into all the world and preach the Gospel". Since Jesus' purpose in coming to earth was to "seek and to save that which was lost", it therefore can be no less our purpose. Therefore, our desire is to train Christians to be effective, consistent and powerful witnesses for Jesus Christ that all may come to know HIM as Lord and Savior!How much does it cost?Simply cover our expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.) and that's it! Beliefs, Purpose, Vision, Our Founder

What We Believe We believe the Bible to be the verbally inspired word of God the only Infallible, authoritative Word of God. It is our supreme and final authority for faith and practice (II Timothy 3:15,17). We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6. 4; John 4. 24; Romans 8.:14 15). We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory (Isaiah 7.14; John 1:1-16). We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, one with the Father and the Son, the indweller of every believer whereby each is scaled unto the day of redemption of the body. His presence in the Christian is the assurance of God to bring the believer into the fullness of the stature of Christ. We believe that the fullness of the Holy Spirit is manifested by the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). We believe in the existence and operating power of a real and personal evil one called Satan, or Devil, opposed to all righteousness and exalting himself against all that God is and desires (I Peter 5:8 -9). We believe in a literal hell, the place of eternal punishment for those who have not trusted in the shed blood of Jesus Christ (Luke 15.19-31; Matthew 25:46; II Thessalonians. 1:9). We believe in a literal place called heaven where God's immediate presence is manifested, where the angels are. and where the redeemed shall ultimately be, from whence Christ descended and ascended again, where He maketh intercession for the saints, and from where He shall come to judge the quick and the dead (Hebrews 12:22-23, John 3:5; II Peter 1:10-11). We believe that God created man in His own image and in a state of innocence, but that through temptation man willfully transgressed. All mankind is born dead in trespasses and sins, and under condemnation having inherited a corrupt nature (Psalm 51; Romans 5, Ephesians 2:1). We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scripture, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; that He arose from the dead in His glorified body, ascended into heaven, and that as our great High Priest and Advocate, He ever lives to make intercession for us; that all who believe on His name are justified on the basis of grace through faith in Him. The believer is, therefore, eternally secure, kept by the power of God (Acts 16.30 31; Ephesians 1:2-10; Romans 5:8-10; John 3:16-18; I Peter 1:5). We believe that the regeneration is a divine and instantaneous work of the Holy Spirit whereby God Imparts life to one dead in trespasses and sin (II Corinthians 5:17-20, John 3, Galatians 2:16-20). We believe that sanctification is a divine and progressive work of the Holy Spirit whereby God, upon the ground of the finished work of Christ on the Cross, His present intercessory ministry and His Divine Word, sets the believer apart and works out, in, and through him by means of a submissive will that which is well pleasing to Himself through Jesus Christ. This work culminates in the redemption of the body (Philipians 2:12-13; Ephesians 5). We believe that every child of God should demonstrate their separation unto God and from the world system. This separation involves a fruitful, spirit-filled life of obedience to the command of Scripture and the refusal to associate with or become involved in anything that would bring reproach upon the character and work of Christ and His church (II Corinthians 6:14-18, Ephesians 1; Romans 12:1-2). We believe that the Lord Jesus is coming again to rapture His saints and establish His kingdom. The rapture of His church is imminent (I Thessolonians 4:13-17; John 14:2-3). 
Our Purpose

We are dedicated to efficiently train and equip believers to be effective witnesses for the LORD Jesus Christ (Proverbs 11:30). We are committed to teach a Biblical, simple, practical and proven plan to equip Christians, reach a lost and dying world, to bring hope and life with the saving power of Jesus Christ. Our focus is building the Kingdom of God by training Christians to be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ. We are an evangelistic training school dedicated to work with churches, Sunday Schools, small groups, retreats, seminars, conferences, Christian schools and colleges, or on an individual basis to better equip them to share the Gospel. We are committed to excellence, compassion, integrity and accountability until our Lord returns. Our goal is to clearly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ using encouragement, a plan and the Word of God (Hebrews 4:12). To help overcome the fears that plaques so many believers so that they may become effective witnesses for Jesus. Lastly, to help mobilize and build leadership in the churches to train others to reach their communities and to provide growth in the church with new believers. It is our hope that you will experience the incredible joy of seeing friends, neighbors and loved ones come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and that this training will remain a consistent part of your life, until we see Him face to face!

To turn every member of the body of Christ into ministers; training them to be effective witnesses for our Lord Jesus Christ until HIS glorious return! Our mission is clear. We will not stop until the last Christian is trained, the last lost person is saved and/or our Reigning Lord returns! Therefore, It is our vision to train every Christian, in every culture, in every language, on every continent to be life-long witnesses for Jesus Christ. To equip them with the tools necessary to simply and yet effectively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ using a Biblical, simple, clear, practical and proven plan. Although the task is enormous, it is not impossible, for our trust is not in man, but in GOD (Matthew 10:26; Mark 9:23; Luke 18:27; Ephesians 3:20; Psalms 118:23)! Founder/President, Dave Hook D. Min. The Word of God begins in the book of Genesis, the ministry of Evangelism Training International also has a beginning also which is as follows: Evangelism Training International started as a dream 10 years ago. Since 1991, Dr. Dave Hook has trained believers locally and internationally to be effective life-long witnesses for Jesus Christ. He served as the Minister of Evangelism at the First Baptist Church of Central Florida for nine years before founding Evangelism Training International, an international ministry geared at training believers around the world in evangelism and discipleship. He has trained pastors, staff, lay leaders, and entire congregations around the globe to be available witnesses for Jesus Christ and has worked extensively with churches, small groups, schools, colleges and conferences. He is the editor and author of a user-friendly evangelism training workbook which has been translated into 3 languages. He is a former radio host of a weekly evangelistic radio radio program, HeartCall and has been the guest on many Christian talk shows. He obtained both his Master of Divinity degree in 1996 and his Doctor of Ministry in 2001 from Luther Rice Seminary and is an adjunct professor. Over the years, he has worked with many parachurch organizations to help implement strategies to reach the lost. He and his lovely wife Linda are the proud parents of four children (Caleb, Micah, Josiah, and Grace) and reside in Orlando, Florida.
