Dear Co-laborers to the Kingdom,
The LORD is doing wonderful things. I think you'll like this recent email from a pastor in the Philippines:
Dear Dave,
Thank you so much for your love to help us here, to train the Pastors and workers to be more effective in the ministry and also train others to do the ministry to fulfill the Great Commission.
Yes, I am interested for you to train the pastors in all areas of the ministry. We really need it as we are a new organization. We really need help to develop in all areas of ministry.
I hope you can visit this year as soon as possible if you are available and have the provision of God for your trip and also for the trainings. In our team or ministry organization we have 60 pastors and workers, but including church leaders, we have more than 100 persons. There is potential in the churches that also needs training, especially the young generation....I can gather all the Pastors and workers and church leaders in our ministry for 4 to 5 days of training, day and night. I hope God will supply the needs for this training, we really need it and I am so excited about it.
I hope God allows us to do it as soon as possible. The need for this training is urgent as God opens for us a great door to bring the gospel among the tribal villages. The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few, and I trust that through you and your ministry our prayers are answered that God will send out laborers for the great harvest of souls in His Kingdom.
Thank you very much for your love to help us. I am so happy to know it and I am excited about it.

Dr. Hook, can you also extend your ministry here in my country, the Philippines, by conducting a pastors and church leaders conference, and also a "Believers Seminar" here in my city and region? I do believe that thru your ministry, you can bless and encourage the pastors, church leaders, and even the different churches here in the Philippines. Thru your God given talents, the churches will be blessed.
I do believe also, Dr. Hook, that you have lots of spiritual truths that you could share and impart to the body of Christ here in the Philippines.
I believe also that your ministry today is one of the instruments of God, who will bring healing and spiritual revival to the hearts of our people here who are hungry and thirsty for His Word and His presence.
So, I am inviting you, Dr. Dave Hook, to come to the Philippines, to share and impart the Word of God to my church and the churches that belong to my leadership and supervision. May the Lord bless and use you more for His glory and honor. Looking forward to hearing from you.
What an opportunity! We are resolute to train these pastors to be vibrant/effective witnesses for Jesus and to train them to be powerful pastors. Please pray with us to make this a reality. If these 60 pastors are trained and go back to their villages and train just 10 of their church members in one year, there would be 600 trained witnesses set loose in the Philippines in just the first year! Thanks for praying!
What an exciting and busy month it has been!
- On July 4, the commencement of the Evangelism Training International broadcast became a reality! Because of your prayers and faithful support, Christians in four states are now daily being encouraged and trained to be witnesses.
- Encouraging one minute Public Service Announcements (PSA) are also being broadcasted on six other stations in six different states. (You can listen to a couple of these by visiting our website).
- Souls are still being challenged and saved at 33rd Street jail.
- The Lord allowed Joe Shepherd and me to train believers at New Hope Baptist church in Deltona. It was wonderful!
- There were 19 people who prayed to receive Jesus as their Savior in June.
Again, THANK YOU from the depths of our heart for your unending and untiring passion for our Savior and HIS Kingdom! Thank you for all of your prayers, help, and financial support! We love and appreciate each and every one of you more than you know!
