Project Africa 2007

We are so excited to see what God is doing with Africa! God is intensifying our desire to go and train hundreds of hungry African pastors. Two different pastors in Kenya who are within 20 kilometers of each other have contacted us via the web, begging us to come and train large groups of pastors in their areas. We have put them both in both in contact with each other and are trying to combine them into one large evangelism and pastoral care conference. It is their desire for us to go to their country in February of 2007.

There are many details that need to come together before this trip and another one to Chad can take place. We thank the LORD that He has already provided the funds through an individual donor for plane fare. We have asked a co-minister to join us to make this trip more beneficial for the pastors there in Kenya. Most African pastors have no seminary training, and are hungry and begging us to equip them. There are a great deal of details yet to be worked out and we need the Lord's direction and guidance.

That brings us to the point of this addition to our monthly email newsletter, we need your help. Our request is that you would pray for us using the issues listed below, along with this we would like for you to forward this email to 10 or more of your friends or family members. Please ask them to also forward this same email to 10 or more of their friends. We would like to bathe, no saturate this project with prayer so that God sends wisdom, direction and financial resources.

Here are the issues we are asking you to pray with us about:

• Scheduling precise dates and flights.
• Visa/passport details.
• Confirmation of co-minister to be able to join us and provisions for
  him to go as well.
• Planning for the conference and open doors for African pastors to be able to get to the conference and provisions for them while they stay at the conference.
• Wisdom, peace, provisions for us and for the Africans as we prepare
  for this great adventure.
